The Grid Co-Living Terms & Conditions

• Check-in time is at 02:00PM and check-out time is at 12:00NN; unless otherwise approved by the hotel.
• Early check-in & check-out is available subject to room availability based on occupancy level; charges will apply
• Liability for valuables and effects of the hotel's guest shall be governed by Article 1998 of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
• A valid government-issued identification card must be presented by all non-registered visitors of the hotel 's guest for the security & safety of the hotel & its guests.
• A NO-PARTY ROOM POLICY is strictly enforced in all guest rooms. Visitors are allowed in the rooms until 10:00PM only. Charges after 10:00PM will apply.
• Any reported damage to hotel property or loss of items will be subject to a corresponding fee which must be settled prior to check-out.
• In compliance with the government ordinance (Executive Order 26), the hotel has a STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on property. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests PHP 10,000 for violations and/or damages from any forms of smoking (e.g. tobacco, shisha, vape, and e-cigarette are prohibited in the rooms and public areas.)
• Tampering of smoke detectors is strictly prohibited.
• The functionality of the equipment is bound tightly to our building fire insurance, and deficiencies in these put all guest occupants and the business at huge risk. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest PHP 8,000 for in signing this registration card, you authorize the hotel to automatically check out your room and debit the credit card that was authorized upon arrival, should you fail to pass by the front desk for check-out. The signature affixed below serves the same purpose as signing the credit card slip for the settlement of the full amount incurred during such violation.
